When you receive your Gulton merchandise, please open the boxes immediately and check your printheads. We must be notified of any damage or other problems with your order within 10 working days of its receipt.
Under certain conditions, we will accept a return, but will only refund a portion of the price paid. There will be a 15% restocking fee for printheads returned that are not defective. This fee applies to the printheads that are returned without an exchange due to defects.
Gulton, Inc. charges a restocking fee to help keep our overall costs down. There are costs incurred processing returns. In addition, in many cases printheads are returned that cannot be sold again. No credit will be issued in those cases.
All printheads must be returned in their original packing containers.
