Dear Partners,
Thanks for being a loyal partner.
When you receive the merchandise please
open the boxes immediately and check printheads. We must
be notified of any damage or other problems within 10
working days of you receiving your printheads.
Under certain conditions, will accept a
return of printhead, but will only refund a portion of the price
you paid for it. There will be 15%
restocking fee for printheads returned that are not defective.
This fee applies to the printhead
returned only, not exchanged due to defects.
Gulton Inc. charges restocking fee to
keep costs down when dealing with the return of items that are not
defective. There are
a lot of costs associated with processing an order. If you buy printhead and
then return
it, the
company has to deal with more costs to handle the return. In many cases, we are returned a printhead
that cannot be
sold as new. No credit will be given in
those cases.
All printheads must be returned in their
original packing containers.
